Companies willing to expand market for their Securities may apply for listing with the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) according to the manner prescribed in the Listing Regulations.

Highlights of the Listing Regulations or CSE are narrated below:

Eligibility

The Company has to be a registered Public Limited Company
Minimum Paid-up capital has to be Tk. 10 million
Shares to be subscribed by a minimum of 250 nos. of subscribers.

Papers to be submitted at the time of applying for Listing have been mentioned in the enclosed checklist.

Fees:

a) *Initial Listing fee: An amount equivalent to one fourth of 1% of total paid-up capital.

b) Annual Listing Fee:

* Note : As per Rule No. 16(1)(iv) of Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Issue) Rules 2006 (dated 20^th February 2006) of Securities and Exchange Commission the Initial Listing Fee of stock exchange(s) shall be as follows :

Initial Listing fee:

i) Up to Tk. 10 crore of Paid-up capital @ 0.25%

ii) Above Tk. 10 crore of paid-up capital @ 0.15%

However, the total listing fee shall be minium of Tk. 10,000 (ten thousand) and maximum of Tk. 20 lac.

[ Since SEC rules shall prevail over CSE Regulations so the above rule of SEC shall be applicable forInitial Listing Fee of CSE)

The Board of CSE has the right to ease any condition in case of a deserving case.
